Closed new year's eve stupid what about reffer driver's that need a wash out or tankers. Trucks don't stop why would blue beacon? And not to open till the 2nd pisses me off
5am—no trucks in line. Got in and out quick. One bay open, since only 2 guys working 3rd shift. Good job done on my truck. Asked them to take it easy on my grille cover, and they obliged. Truck was very muddy, and they got her cleaned up very well. No complaints. BB has always done well by me, and whenever not, they made it right. Friendly staff. Will come back for sure
Customer service was good but they have to pay more attention to detail but overall experience was ok.
Paid $55 to get my camper and truck washed. They basically just sprayed water on it for 5 minutes. Every bit of dirt and grime was still on it when we pulled out. Had to take it home and hand wash ourselves.
Unsatisfactory job done washing chrome wheels. Extensive brake dust still remained that had to be wiped by hand. Not sufficient for over $60.00.
